4th of July Fitness & Firearms

Come celebrate one of our greatest freedoms, and workout on the range with friends and other fitness and firearms enthusiasts. We received a lot of good feedback from our previous event, and the exercises have been changed and the round counts have increased. Fitness attire and footwear is recommended for this event. Firearms will be provided, but feel free to bring your personal firearms. All firing will be done from fixed positions, there is no need to wear holsters or battle rigs.
Equipment Needed:
-75 rounds 9MM (or your caliber pistol). BRASS CASINGS ONLY!
-80 rounds 5.56 (or your caliber rifle) BRASS CASINGS ONLY!
-eye protection
-ear protection
