Misti is the lead Self-Defense instructor at Stout PGH. She also instructs with Antifragile Training, is a Journeyman Instructor with the Libre Knife Fighting Guild, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, and an FMA enthusiast. Her hands-on, scenario-based approach equips students of all levels with practical skills for real-world, weapons-based environments.
